Rajasthan government starts, Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme,

The Ashok Gehlot government of Rajasthan is going to start the Indira Gandhi smart phone scheme from this 10th August 2023. Under this scheme, the women of Chiranjeevi family will be provided free internet with smartphones. The Jaipur’s collector has made complete preparations for this scheme. The District Collector of Jaipur Mr. Prakash Rajpurohit told that under this scheme, camps will be organized at total 28 places in Jaipur district.

What will women get with the Indira Gandhi smartphone scheme:

• Indira Gandhi smartphone scheme will provide free smartphone to the women.
• The scheme will provide touch screen smartphone.
• Government won’t take any money for providing smartphone.
• Government will provide 3 years of internet service for free.
• It’s mandatory for women to approve their KYC. For the approval of KYC it is mandatory to have their Adhaar card. Without it they’ll not be eligible to take the smartphone for free.

Eligibility for Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme:

• The beneficiary has to be the original resident of Rajasthan.
• It is necessary for the beneficiary women to have an Aadhaar card.
• The government has given free mobile phone access to families who have come from Chiranjivi Yojna.
• If the wealth of the family is less than 2 lakhs, only then the mobile phone will be given.

Important Documents needed for Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme:

• To get the benefits, you need to have an Aadhaar card.
• It is necessary to have a ration card to avail the benefits.
• To get the benefits, you need to have SSO

• To get the benefits, you need to have a mobile number.
• To get the benefits you need to have a passport size photograph and an Email- ID.

> The home page of the website will open in front of you.

> Here click on the option for the status of registration.

> A new page will open in front of you where aadhaar number has to be entered

> After that, click on the search option.

> Your father’s name, your name and eligibility status will appear in front of you.
