Bastar, the region which is infamous for its extreme and arid conditions and naxalite movement, has seen a ray of hope as the social worker has tried to empower the tribal community by teaching efficient farming methods, adequate and appropriate usage of fertilizers and made them aware of the various government schemes and policies regarding the same. The journey began with the establishment of the organization in the year 2018 with the membership of mere 337 women, which has now grown to over 6,000 members. The strategical and infrastructural initiative in such a region has paved for the development as well as for the change in the mindset. It can be categorized under one of the significant efforts that India as a nation has witnessed for its tribal population as well as for their empowerment and self-reliance.
